As London Fashion Week comes into being, a bunch of plus-size models turned the eye far from the shows to the chilly streets outside instead - wherever they were holding a protest in nightclothes.

Headed by outspoken body advocate Hayley Hasselhoff, together with plus-size fashion distributor merely Be, the protest turned pic shoot was a command to focus on the importance of celebrating girls of all sizes - and to encourage designers to use larger models in their shows.

Showing their support for plus-size beauty, Hasselhoff and 7 different models exhibit within their undergarment whereas holding body-positive signs in the air, that read: “Love your curves” “LFW - wherever are the Curves?” and “Curves shouldn’t mean compromise.”

This year I’ve stepped out of my comfort zone in more ways than one. I can confidently say I’m not the same person I was at the start of this year. I do more things that push me and allow me to grow. My whole entire life my weight has held me back from me being me. I was always worried about what other people would say or how they’d view me. 2019 I told myself that that mindset had to stop. I took chances, I stopped allowing toxic people in my life and I started to LIVE.
Houston was a big step for me and hence why I always bring it up. You guys really don’t know how much it meant to me- being able to live out a dream my younger self never thought possible.
